I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years I love to take part in various challenges including half marathons, adventures races and stair climbs.
I believe a healthy and happy life begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and lifestyle. We all know the benefits of exercise on physical well being but mental health can be even more beneficial with exercise.

boxing
The perfect cardio workout for any fitness. Boxing can help improve your heart health, body composition, and strength, as well as lower your blood pressure and aid weight loss. Most of all, boxing is a fun way to get some exercise and release stress in a safe and healthy way.
High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
High-intensity interval training involves short, intense workouts. You give a series of exercises your full effort for short bursts, and follow it with a period of rest. While exercising with this type of maximum effort is difficult, it does wonders for your health.
Strength training
Helps build muscles and make muscles stronger. Strength training means moving your body against some kind of resistance. Body weight can be used or resistance bands or weights. Will continue to burn calories after your workout

Meagan took over our 5.45 am outdoor class, and if you're going to get up at that time of the day the sessions have to be varied, have lots of fun and cater to all levels. Throw in some awesome sunrises and Meagan ticks all the boxes! Highly recommended
